The line is composed as follows: Fabric feeding and introducing section with photoelectric cell commanded centering device. N° 2 V 15 washing stainless steel AISI 304 tanks with cylinders diam.150mm, each one with 18 meters fabric capacity. The upper cylinders are commanded by sliding clutchs in order to reduce tension during the fabric movement. The tanks are equipped with acquajet water blades, recirculating water pump 100m3/h, net filters, direct steam heating. N. 2 squeezing padders each with 2 rubber-covered vertical cylinders diam 240mm commanded by cc motor. 2 Temperature control devices with heat exchanger fed at 6 Atm, temperature sensor and pneumatic valve. Self-cleaning filter with rotating disk. Exit section. For functioning it is required: Water pressure 2/3 Atm, saturated steam at 6 Atm, 380V 50Hz 3 phases, compressed air 10 Atm. |
