Washing range ARIOLI, type V15, year 1996,
roller width 200cm, max. fabric width 180cm, min. fabric width 90cm, variable speed 4-40 m/min.

Composed of:
- Fabric inlet frame with selvedge openers and centering device with photocells
- Nos. 4 washing unit inox 304, type V15 of 18 m fabric capacity. Rollers 150 mm. Upper rollers driven for soft fabric transportation. The unit is equipped with acquajet water blades. Water recirculation pump 100 m3/h, Screen filter, Direct heating pipe.
- Squeezing mangle 1,5 T with two vertical rollers diameter 154 mm, covered with synthetic rubber driven by D.C. motor

No 1 washing unit inox 304, type V15 of 18 m fabric capacity. Rollers 150 mm. Upper rollers driven for soft fabric transportation. The unit is equipped with acquajet water blades. Water recirculation pump 100 m3/h, Screen filter, Direct heating pipe.
- Squeezing mangle 10 T with two vertical rollers diameter 240mm, covered with synthetic rubber driven by D.C. motor.
- Fabric outlet frame with pull out roller
- Nos. 2 temperature control system including heat exchanger working with saturated steam at 6 Atm, temperature sensor and pneumatic valve.
- No 1 self cleaning filter with rotating disc
For operation of the machine following utilities are required :
. Water at 2 / 3 Atm pressure
. Saturated steam at 6 Atm
. Electrical voltage 380v 50hz 3ph
. Compressed air 10 Atm
