Chips loading : Intermediate vessel 5m3 capacity – With levels, isolating and unloading valves – Conveying system not included.

Extrusion : Barmag extruder 10ES – 24D – Screw diam 105 mm with LTM zone – Stelite and hard chrome coated 5 electrical heating zone – Melt temp and Dynisco pressure gauge at the gate.

Distribution melt pipe: Double shell design heated by electrical boiler – Temperature regulation loop – Wool insulation.

Spinning Beam: 6 spinning beam/mach – 6 spinning position/beam.
Common diphyl heating system with melt pipe and extruder gate through electrical boiler.
Metering drive pump, spin pack tightening screw and pump acess on operator side.
Melt temperature and Dynisco pressure gauge per beam.
Monomer exhaustion. Arrangement below spinning head.

Spin pack and spinneret : Top loading – Square design – Capilary 0,2 to 0,4 mm. Length 1 or 2 D.
Filtration through metalic powder and mesh.

Quenching : 1 quenching block per spinning beam. Homogeneous distribution of airflow through filtration mesh of bee design.
Static pressure indicator on each quenching.
The air conditioning unit isn’t included.
The cooled air is distributed via 2 main duct

Spin flash application : The spin finish applicator devices are located after yarn cooling and before tubes.
The dosing pumps are set behind the quenching chamber. One pump (8 output) supply 8 spin finish device.
