Complete plant for resin and thermo-bonded wadding, in 60 - 300 gsm, composed as follows :
- 01 Gualchierani fiber bale breaker with feeder belt of 8 meters.
- 01 blending and stocking unit for fiber, unloading by nails belt of 4 meters width, volum 80 m3.
- 02 fiber willow opening machines
- 01 Befama card with feeder and silo for the fiber with 2000 mm rigid coverings, refurbished and with new guarniture in 2004. Single cylinder with 7 workers/strippers, single doffer.
- 01 Tectex crosslapper, ingoing 1800 mm, outoing 1800 mm, speed 40 m/min, new electronic drive installed 2003.
- 01 Fimaro drying and retculating oven with 2 spray boxes - 3 superposed stages - ww: 1800 mm, ovenlength 12 m, heated by diathermic fluid.
- 02 Graco "Gluton" airpumps to feed the resin to the sprayers, 28 bar max pressure, flow 23 l/min, press ratio 1/4.
- 02 systems of resin blending and proportioning
- 01 Bono energy thermo-generator/boiler for heating of diathermic fluid, gas burner, 800.000 cal/hr.
- 01 Corime calender with 2 stainless steel hot cylinders - dia 200 mm, ww: 1800 mm, heated with diathermic fluid - max temp 190 deg. C., distance from rolls setting with micrometer system.
- 01 system of trimming, cutting and winding of the wadding, composed by: edge trimming machine, cross-cutter and winder, ww: 1800, speed 25 m/min.
