Complete needle-punch web line.

List of equipments installed:
· One Blow-Room with following machines:
· 2 lattice fed fibre openers
· One Scutcher/beater fed through pneumatic transport and cyclone separators
· One flocking card (Wolf)
· Fibre Mixing and batch dew treatment chamber

This has been installed as a whole and include machines from Masias (Spain) and Rolando
(Italy). Year – 1972.
· Two tandem card assortments from BEFAMA for synthetic/wool.

It includes (on each line):
· Batch feeder with electro-mechanical scale for controlled/metered feed.
· Opener card (Avant-Train)
· 2nd card with delivery to web condenser.
· Lattice feeder to finishing card
· 3rd ( Finisher) card with delivery to the needle-punch loom through web
conveyor (BEFAMA) – Typ CU32 Series W and Typ CU 32V series . Year 1970.

Machine has perfect condition Flex. Card wire clothing, suited to process synthetic and wool fibres.

· One Needle-punch loom from “MALIWATT” – type Voltex. Machine is 2,50 mwide. Year 1972

· One stenter “FAMATEX” with pre-drying infra red range and 5 heat treatment fields. With pad rolls and foulard. Year: 1973

· Finishing range with the following equipment:
o One Tiger (COMET) with 2 finishing rolls, 2,50M wide. Type Tiger/075 Year: 1975

o One shearing machine “HERGETH” Poll-Twin 2,40 M wide. Typ PRS 240/GF Year: 1970

o One “Eubouriffeuse” machine 2,50 M wide
o One shearing machine “HERGETH” Poll-Twin 2,60 M wide. Typ PRS 240/GF Year: 1972

o One steam-heated Tumbler – Pendhill

o One fillet raising machine LAMPERTI (2,50 M wide)

If required machines could be demonstrated under power during inspection
There is also the possibility to send technicians from the mill for installation and training at buyer’s site.
