Adequately, 8 felt guide rolls were mounted (Ø261 mm, length 4480, steel surface); and felt drier roll Ø1500mm; 4350mm length; however, the group is operated without felt, some rolls have been removed; every drier roll has a scraper.

Drying section

First drying group
16 drier rolls; one drying screen with bottom guiding; two screen drier rolls and two tensioners; the drying screen is not used and some rolls are removed; all drier rolls have oscillation scraper – oscillation does not work any more.. The group is driven by electric motor through a distribution box.
Second drying group
16 drier rolls; no drying screen; every drier roll has a stationary scraper; the group is driven by electric motor through a distribution box.
Third drying group
18 drier rolls; every drier roll has a stationary scraper; the group is driven by electric motor through a distribution box.

Three-roll calender; bottom roll Ø650mm, driven; centre roll Ø400mm; top roll Ø500mm; all with steel surface; jacket length 4300mm; all rolls have a scraper; loading by weight of the top rolls; relieving by help of electric motor; linear load 3,5kg/cm; the bottom roll broke down without replacement; except this roll, spare parts are available.

Each drying group has own Sheahan rope systems; pulleys; weight tensioning; groove on drier roll
Central lubrication system
357 lubrication points (bearings in drive side DS and tender side OS drier rolls and screens, toothed wheels bearings; oil tank 1x800, 1x1000 litres; 2 gear pump 2x100 l/min; centrifugal separator; heater/cooler.
Steam condensing system
Dimensioned to heat 75 rolls (67 paper dryers, 5 drier rolls in the pre-drying group, 3 screen dryers); connected in 4 groups (20+32+9+4); condensate trapping system.
Steam heads on drier rolls
Mounted on drier rolls on DS; combined Y-shaped heads; one branch is used for steam input, the other for condensate discharge.
