Sizing machine BENNINGER - ZELL model BEN-SIZETEC 2ZA16 TKD 4/4 (2) BB year of construction 1999, serial number 362706398, working width 2200mm, with complete automation of the process by PC.
- 2 Creels for warp beams model ZA, each creel can take 16 warp beams dia 1016mm max., working width between the flanges is 2200mm, automatic brakes driven by PC, the creels are motorised and can be placed next to each other or behind each other.
- Sizing bath: working width 2200mm, roller width 2400mm, 2 dip rolls, 2 high pressure nip rolls with automatic regulation of the squeezing pressure, size bath in stainless steel, automatic size supply driven by Handymat, Pleva.
- Wet separator for sizing bath
- Cylinder dryer type ZT4/4 with 4 Teflon coated drums dia 800mm + 4 drums dia 800mm (possibility for adding 2 more drums), steam pressure 3.5 bar - 147°C, automatic tension regulation by PC, stainless steel aspiration top with 2 ventilators. Automatic speed control MAHLO, dry separator, unroll device SWA.
- Beaming machine BB (400V-50Hz) : speed 0.4 to 160m/min, working width between the flanges 3400mm, dia beam flanges 1100mm, inversion of rotation sense, pneumatic beaming pressure, automatic in- and output of the beam, extensible reed zigzag with motorised regulation. Driven by Handymat.
- Preparation kitchen : cooker 1400 L with temperature regulation, process semi-automatic driven by PC BEN-SIZEMIX (quantity of water, temperature and cooking time), measurement of the viscosity, storage tank 1.450 L controlled and regulated by PC BEN-SIZEMIX.
