Bela Paper Machine General Description:

1650 mm with Delta former, inclined wire section, press, 13 dryer cans, reel, unwind, and rewind.

Delta Former with inclined wire section, base layer headbox and top layer headbox

Press – Straight through press with loading up to 60 kN/m

Dryer section of 13 dryers, 1500 mm diameter (60”)

Includes Reel, Unwind, Rewind

Lipke Quality Control system

Little Rapids / MRT saturation line, 63” coating width capable of 5#/3000 sq ft at 35% solids content

Grades: Filtration paper

Documentation: Extensive technical documentation including specifications of individual machine sections, full dimensional drawings, and foundation plans. Process flow diagrams, control system loop sheets, and notes on process design are also included.

Current Status: Complete machine is removed from prior installation and stored primarily in overseas shipping containers. There is a complete, detailed inventory by container showing each item in each container. Items in the containers are tagged for easy correlation to the inventory.
