| Model 613 AA surface rewind slitter , 72'' Dusenbery model 613 AA surface rewind slitter for semi-automatic roll production, 72" trim width. Includes a Powell shaftless self loading unwind stand with web guide and tension controls for a 60" diameter roll, shear cut slitting, bowed roll, rubber covered top rider roll slip clutch driven, 16" maximum rewind diamter, automatic paper cutoff and automatic tucking are on the machine but could have limited application due to materials and core sizes. Top mechanical speed is 2200 FPM. Rewind core size tooling ranges from 1 to 1.5" to 3" diameter shafts to 6" diameter plugs to go in the ends of the cores. There are a pair of new rubber covered bed rolls that have never been installed in the machine. First put into production in 1982. Looks to be in very good condition. |
