42” Used Elsner V-4-42 Continuous Winder with Over wrapper & Shrink Tunnel.
The unwind assembly has a floor pick-up mechanism that supports roll diameters in excess of 30 inches. The machine incorporates a Utility Clutch, Core Hopper, and Adhesive Tape Shooter.
The Rolling Head’s core sizes are 1.25”, 1.65”, and 2.0” diameter.
This machine includes a MAF model 1000 Shrink Tunnel and MAF Over wrapper. The machine is unusual in that most Eisner's tend to be 36” in width or less.
Also it has very limited operational time. Originally built in the early 80’s, the machine has only been used as aback-up unit, and reportedly has less than 200 hours actual running time.
