Used 2650mm trim (104") Tissue paper machine.

Rated for an average of 36 TPD of 18-45 GSM tissue at a maximum speed of 650 MPM maximum production for 45 GSM tissue is 48 TPD.

Major components are as follows:

- 2700mm slice Escher Wyss pressurized headbox rated for 27000 LPM.
- Enua Knock-down fourdrinier table with (1) forming box, (6) foils, (2) vacuum foils, and (5) suction boxes.
- 650mm dia suction couch roll driven by a 40HP DC motor.
- First suction press against the Yankee at 90/100 kn/m (new cover 2005) driven by a 40 HP DC Motor.
- Second blind drilled press against the Yankee at 100 kn/m.
- 4500mm dia X 2950mm face Yankee dryer rated 4 bar & driven by a 200 HP DC Motor.
- Aerothermic dryer hood with (4) blowers, gas burners and heat recovery system.
- (1) Creping doctor blade and (1) cleaning doctor blade.
- Gorostidi conventional pope reel driven by a 40 KW DC Motor.
- Pasaban 2750 mm wide 2-drum slitter rewinder with (2) belt driven unwinds with generative brakes, (14) slitters, 65 HP single motor drive, and lowering table, speed 100 MPM.
- Vacuum system with Safen and Nash vacuum pumps.
- Emua type JP 120, 2 cubic meter broke pulper with 60 HP Motor.
- Sectional DC drive system
- 3-Stage cleaner system.
- ABS model BA250/250-32, 125 HP fan pump.

Stock preparation line consists of the following:

- 12 Cubic meter Lamort stainless steel Helical pulper with feed conveyor.

- 1200mm dia X 4500 face stainless steel drum thickener
- (2) Beloit Jones 20", series 3000 DD refiners with 250 HP motors.
- Andritz type R-25-50 4-stage cleaner system
- Voith type MSS-06/06 multiscreen vertical pressure screen with slotted basket driven by a 30 KW motor.
- Voith type MST-05/05 Miniscreen vertical pressure screen with slotted basket driven by a 30 KW motor.
- Trenner 6000, 2 cubic meter fractionator

Also with a complete steam and condensate system with a 6 TPH, 15 bar, natural gas fired Babcock-Wanson type BWS, model D-60 boiler.
