Roll Grinder

Used Farrel two wheel roll grinder good for 292" roll face with the following capacities:

42" maximum roll diameter on center with full size wheel,

60" maximum roll diameter above centerline,
7" minimum roll diameter on centerline, 0.400" maximum crown/concavity of roll.

This Farrel heavy duty 2-wheel roll grinder is equipped with floating heads, two forced lubricating grinding wheel assemblies, two water-lubricated wheel dresser assemblies, two mechanical crowning devices (off machine), 4 sets of neck rest stands and neck rest extensions, 1 set of flat stands to mount rolls with bearing housings, one standard roll driving bar, one universal roll driving bar, one sprocket drive assembly, one lectrical power track, one machine mounted vacuum for dust collection, two way bed covers and screw cover, feed water tank and ciculation system, lube oil tank and circulation system, 16 spare grinding wheels of various types, rebuilt DC electrical system including drives, motors, etc.,

new operator station with all operator controls and gauges, machine mounted and computer controlled FMT Schonthaler two wheel roll caliper and crown control system.
