1 Hagemann Varioflex Packaging Machine :

type DC-700, with clipsomat, built 1987. Compl. automatic, for rolled and doubled piece goods.
Packing goods: packs rolls and -bales in dimensions: roll dia. 100–500 mm, roll width 600–1500 mm,
bale width 200-550 mm, bale height 120-500 mm, bale length 650 mm, weight max. 60 kg.

Packing material: weldable PE-foil 50-150my. Capacity: 3 pc/min.
Material handling: after completion of a piece, it will be placed on the transportation belt 17.1 and transported to packaging machine 3.

Automatic packaging of piece incl. front sealing and transportation of a piece to conveying belt 17.2. Delivery of the piece to the transportation belt which is to be delivered by manufacturer Köwa.
Due to an electrical connection of transportation belt 17.2 and Köwa‘s transportation belt a perfectly smooth function of the total length of the plant is secured.
It is not necessary for an operator to be continuously present during operation.

Components of the plant :

- Item 17.1: Conveying belt; belt widht 0.4m, length approx. 13m, V – 20 m/min, belt start by means of a footswitch, belt stop by means of photo cells.

- Item 3.: Vario-Packomat, welder terminal traverse 0.5m, welder terminal length 2.6m. Foil feeder for two different sized foil rollers

- New: Automatic changing of foil width for narrow and wide pieces. The changing process is automatically induced by means of measuring of each piece width at the inlet in the packaging machine.

- Item 5.: Clipsomat for closing of front sides of the pieces with a metal clip, incl. foil rest cutting- and extraction device. Our operator will help with mounting the blower.

- Item 17.2: Conveying belt, length 1.
Controlling: by means of freely programable control. Electricity: 3ph + N + PE, 380/220V, 50Hz. Pneumatic: 6 bar compressed air. Coating: will be determined
