| 6-Cylinder Paperboard Machine 350 FPM 100-150 TPD, 98'' (2.5m), 200 to 600 GSM Board Used Hogenkamp 98" (2.5m) Trim Dry Vat Paperboard Machine. Capable of producing carton grade, laminated grade board and coreboard from 200 to 600 GSM. Design speed is 350 FPM. Major components as follows: · (6) 36" dia. x 106" face dry vats with 20" dia couch rolls. · Suction press with a 25" dia. x 116.5" face suction roll and a 12" dia. x 116" face top roll. · Primary press section consisting of (4) individual 108" wide press sections with rolls ranging from 14" dia. - 20" dia. · 1st Main press section with (2) 22" dia x 110" face rolls rated 450 PLI · 2nd Main press section manufactured by LG Industries with (2) 30" dia x 110" face rolls rated 1000 PLI. · Dryer section consisting of (44) 48" dia. x 104" face dryer cans rated 125 PSI (5 are rated 75 PSI) · 6-Roll machine calender with a 22" dia king roll, 14" diameter queen roll, (3) 12" dia. intermediate rolls, and 14" dia. top roll. This machine has had several rebuilds, including a new main dryer section (1979). 2nd Press section (1985), new first press (1994), new cylinder dry vats (1996 and 1997), new Deltec steam box (1997), high pressure showers, felt stretches and cylinder showers (1990's) and a new calender lubrication system approximately (2002.) The Horizontal track reel and winder has been removed and not available. (Global can supply other options) Last used to produce coreboard, pallet protector board, laminatining grades and other . Machine currently installed and not in service. |
