Fourdrinier Paper Machine, 70 TPD Packaging grades

Used Manchester Paper Machine, a 96" trim (112" machine) paper machine producing 40# - 150# MSF bogus kraft, bogus chipboard, and Shoksorb packaging grades at up to 750FPM for 70 tons per day (TPD).

HEADBOX & FOURDRINIER: Manchester open rectified headbox, fourdrinier table for 112" wide forming fabric, adjustable slice, three (3) forming boards, 22 lo-vac foils, 16 hi-vac foils, three (3) flat boxes, 20" diameter breast roll, 26" diameter bronze drilled face suction couch roll, three (3) table rolls, six (6) wire return rolls, Gilbert & Nash wire guides. Line shaft driven with taper-cone pulleys.

PRESS SECTIONS: two (2) wet presses for 114" wide felt, 24" diameter bronze drilled face suction press rolls, 24" diameter Micro-rock covered top press rolls, uhle box with doctor and creping assemblies. Line shaft driven with taper-cone pulleys.

DRYER SECTION: Seventy-two (72) 42" diameter x 104" face dryer cans with rope rings (non-coded, various manufactureres, four (4) individual drive sections, three (3) individual steam pressure sections (15, 30 & 60psi), 3 pump and tank condensate return system. Line shaft driven with taper-cone pulleys.

CALENDER STACK: 112" wide 3-roll (9", 14" and 20" diameters) non-loaded A-frame stack with doctor assemblies.

REEL: 104" face 3-spool Black Clawson Auto Flyte reel stand assembly with 4-ton overhead bridge crane.

WINDER: 128" face Beloit two drum winder with 25HP Joliet drive assembly.

STOCK PREPARATION: Includes Black Clawson Hydrapulper, Black Clawson model 11 high density cleaner, Hett Separator model 700 screen, Black Clawson Ultra Screen I, Black Clawson 30P Selectifier Screen, Black Clawson 16/18 twin hydrodisk refiner, four (4) Nash vacuum pumps, and assorted process pumps.
