Used 2250 mm (88.5”) trim Fourdrinier paper machine last producing 150 TPD of 70 – 200 gsm fluting and 325 gsm grey board at 450 mpm.

Machine includes stock prep such as pulper, drum thickener, refiners and screens.

Machine includes:
Air cushion headbox with Honeywell Thermatrol system for lip adjustment;
wire part with breast roll Flo-Vac system,
suction roll;
first press suction (double felted);
2nd press blind drilled & grooved polyurethane single felted;
3rd press jumbo, double felted;
5 dryer groups to include 38 cylinders with Thermo compressor system, 4.2 bar and steam condensate system;
Fampa 3 roll machine calender: Fampa pope roller; Honeywell Measurex 2002 ET for grammage and moisture;
Fampa rewinder, PLC controlled; and 8 ton crane.
