LAFRA IA – dwg. 6699/A – picture enclosed A - Cloth inlet From big rolls Ø 200 cm. about (by tangential unwinder with compensation dandy roll) From small rolls Ø 40 cm. about (by load bearing supports longitudinally adjustable) B – Inspection machine Made by a table in formica with frozen crystal lighted inside; the inclination of the table is 30°. Neon lamps are also present up the table to obtain best transparency on the cloth. C – Faults marker Labeltex system with expulsion of the coloured label that goes out from the selvedge for half of his length. D – Measuring It is made by an electronic system by encoder with luminous LED visualizer inserted in the command panel in comfortable position for the operator. This system by pre selection stops the machine at the pre established meter and it gives also a continuous measuring in mt. and dm. E – Rolling and selvedges alignment Tangential type with winding of the cloth by the automatic insertion of the carton tube among two rubberised cylinders. A different speed between two winding cylinders allows to adjust the hardness of the rolls. A special photoelectric system of proportional type permit the perfect alignment of the selvedges. This system is original German made Erhardt + Leimer F – Driven extension roller at mobiles shooks To obtain a rolling without plies for every kind of cloth it is applied a shook cylinder that, rolling in the sense of cloth, ply it uniformly without deformation. G – Automatic starting One hopper take tubes leave automatically falling down every time the carton tube for the synchronised winding of the cloth that it automatically filled in winding for adhesion the tube. H – Automatic expulsion The cloth, at the end of the rolling phase, it is expulsed by a bar put under the two winding cylinders; it is assembled on hydraulic pistons and it is lifted up softly moving the roll at the external side (on other two rolling cylinders) I – Automatic cutting At their point a pneumatic cutting system will start and it will make the longitudinal cut of the piece with maximum precision and it will come back in the starting position. L – Automatic taping system Always with automatic cycle two disposals will go down which will put at the lateral side of the roll one turn of adhesive tape (of every type and dimension), after this the roll will be put on a moving tape which will take it in to the packing system. The diameter of the rolls can be variable from 150 to 400 mm. without any regulation at the taping systems. The moving of the taping systems is motorised and independent in the way to permit the application of the adhesive tape where the operator thinks better. M – Transporting tape A line made of transporting tape (10 m about) and also a special point of store for grey cloth (4 m. about) will put all the rolls in the packing system. N – Automatic packing system The rolls of cloth will enter in the packing system that, with synchronism completely automatic, will make the packing in polyethylene with longitudinal closing and lateral of the roll. The lateral closing is foreseen with ultrasounds. O – Automatic labelling On one side of the roll it will be put a label (always in sequence completely automatic) on which it will be written all what the operator has digited on the keyboard; for example: customer, colour, meter, lot, etc. Another label will be put after the packing system following your specific needs with possibility to take off a part of it. P – Fifth wheel positioning At the exit of the packing system, every roll will be positioned by transporting tape on a turning fifth wheel that will put them on other two special moving tapes to discharge the rolls in 2 special boxes. Q – Discharge with automatic going down of the boxes The packed rolls will be discharged in two different boxes (one for grey cloth, one for finished cloth) by an oleodynamic system with soft going down and programmed till the filling of each box.
