· Spread Coating Line (1600 mm wide): Kleinewefers, with 4 spread coating heads for plastisol, 3 thermal oil furnaces, coolers, unwinding and winding stations, engraving station, electric boards and control panels.

· Finishing Line: Edge trimming station, rewinding stations, printing, velvet sanding and dust extraction system, overall hole pincher, roll crosscut stations (cutting lathe) to produce tape type material.

· Fabric and Paper Conditioning Line: includes fabric web opener with edge glueing, diagonal textile cutter, reviewing /rewinding stations for fabric and papers.

· Blending and Plastisols Preparation Line: Vertical mixers, mono and tricylinder mill refiners, vacuum station, electronic scale, metering tank for plastizicer and storage racks.

· Services and Others: Thermal oil heater of 163 BHP w/thermal oil pump; (not available) 12 HP air compressor; pneumatic and electrical hoists with trolleys and beams; complete electric Conduit piped distribution with step boxes, main board and sub - boards; and tube distributors feeding ovens with pneumatic temperature control (valves and digital temperature controllers including I/P transducers)
