Used Beloit Rice Barton Paper Machine, a 216" board machine (192" trim) producing 7pt. To 18pt. Board at 400TPD (typical production running various grades) and approximately 1100FPM at the reel. WET END:

Beloit valley pressure/vacuum headbox, 216" wide roll-out fourdrinier table with 130' 1" long synthetic fabric wire, dandy roll, Johnson Isoflow and Orthoflow boxed, Johnson Foils tri-vac box, couch roll with lump breaker, laser draw control from couch into wet presses, dual wet press with two (2) suction rolls and oen (1) solid roll, , needle felt. DRYER: 1st Dryer Section - (45) 60" diameter x 215.5" wide dryer cans (pressure tested to 50psi), 2nd dryer section - (15) 60" diameter x 215.5" wide dryer cans (pressure tested to 50psi), 3rd dryer section - (6) 60" diameter x 215.5" dryer cans (pressure tested to 50psi). Approximately 50 dryer cans are ASME coded. SIZE PRESS: horizontal size press with flooded nip and two (2) bowed rolls after press. QUALITY CONTROL: ABB gauge system. CALENDERS: 5-roll open-type Kusters calender, 2-roll Gloss calender stack. REEL: Beloit reel good for 70" diameter rolls. DRIVES: Upgrade DC drive at wet end, line shaft drive on dryer through to the reel. STOCK PREP: Some stock prep included.
