Used Sandy Hill - Voith Paper Machine, fourdrinier paper machine producing 47lb to 72lb basis weight sized papers (including grades for release liner and face sheets for pressure sensitive label stock) at up to 1255FPM.

WET END: Equipped with Voith type W hydraulic headbox,
100" wide fourdrinier
with 24" diameter dandy roll,
Manchester press section with a suction roll in the first press section,
a ven-a-nip roll in the second press section,
and a smoothing roll in the third press section,
wet end insrument loops, (FOXBORO IA SYSTEM NOT INCLUDED IN SALE).

MAIN DRYER SECTION: Forty (40) 48" diameter dryer cans (NOT ALL DRYER CANS INCLUDED IN SALE), Voith-Morden pulper at the end of this section.

PRE-COATER: Inclined size press with 16" diameter rolls, supply system including tanks, Moyno pumps, and Ronningen-Petter in-line pressure filters.

AFTER DRYER: Twelve (12) 48" diameter dryer cans (NOT ALL DRYER CANS INCLUDED IN SALE).

CALENDER STACK: Single nip calender stack with Beloit controlled crown roll, Voith-Morden pulperr under this section.
REEL: Beloit reel.

WINDER: Cameron 18 two drum winder with Tidland slitter system.
