Seybold Model CJL-M Guillotine Cutter w/packing line"
Used 100" Seybold Model CJL-M Guillotine Cutter and trimmer carton packing line.
All components are controlled by a Southworth control cabinet, and include the following:
A Guillotine Cutting Section using a D.L. MCC back gauge control, an 83-1/2" Backguage, a 73"x104" Southworth elevating lift table and a 64"x92" Southworth air table with pusher paddle.
A Trimmer Carton Packing section consisting of a 60" x 102" twin leaf air table, a 60"x48" air table with electronic weight scale, a 60"x48" carton filling station, an Elevating table and Shuttle table (used to load paper into carton), a carton gluer, a Roller conveyor with 90 degree pop up chain, and a Cold glue pneumatic application pump with nozzles. A Southworth carton blanket sealer with Lithibar Matic Palletizer with controls in PLC cabinet (A-B). A Hydraulic unit (partial), a 45"x144" Pallet discharge conveyor (hydraulic motor), and a 39"x48" Gravity roller conveyor for rejected cartons.
