The Trine 5500 G/S is a roll-fed labeling machine to apply wrap around labels to cylindrical containers using hot-melt adhesive and solvent.
The label will be applied from a roll stand with a label reel through a cutter to a vacuum drum. At vacuum drum, glue on the leading edge and solvent on the trailing edge will be applied. From there it will be wrapped around the container.
Over a dual chain conveyor the container will be rotationally guided through a hot air shrink tunnel to fit perfectly to the container shape.
