Used 139" (3.55M) Voith pulp drying line.

Built: 1976.
Stopped: August 2006. Still erected.
Rated: 260td.
Basis weight range: 700 - 1000GSM.
Right hand drive.
Speed: 15-90mpm.

INCLUDES:
Fourdrinier forming and dewatering part. VOITH (single wire machine) width 3.55m, wire length 26.05m.
7 suction boxes and one Rotabelt suction box.
Double compact press with pick up.
Heavy duty press with heating on 4 cylinders.
(4) Vacuum pumps.

Flakt dryer; 3.2M wide. Steam pressure is 5,0 bar. Voltage 380V, 50Hz.
Dryness of the web: 43 to 48 %
Normal speed was 75 to 80m/min. Gsm: 750 - 800 g/m2
Produced at approx. 30 deg C, temperature of web entering in to Flakt dryer.
Their target was 85% dryness after Flakt dryer. This dryness and 280 a.d.t/day was no problem
