| Dispersion line , 80 TPD Used Voith dispersion line rated for approx. 80 TPD. Capacity can be increased to approx. 100 TPD. with an additional thickening screw. Capacity will vary according to application. Consists of the following: - Voith type SB1, 1200mm wide belt press. - 1.5 meter crumbling screw - 5.7 meter screw conveyor - 3.0 meter discharge screw conveyor - Flender gearbox (1500 RPM in; 245 RPM out) with Voith type 562TVA Hydro-drive - Voith Model HS disperser with 270 HP 3/50/380V motor. This line was removed and overhauled in 2002 |
