| ROTARY, 1800MM, DYE-PAD-PRINT Print width 1800mm - Year early 1990s 5 Colours, but if you dye fabric on the dye padder and print wet on wet, you can achieve many colour variations. Colour is fixed via a hot flow. Then the fabric is washed and dried through a horizontal pre dryer plus a hot flow, fabric content 40m, temp up to 220C. Best substrate to use is 100% polyester woven or knitted. Machine still in operation. Additional equipment to offer includes 300 rotary print screens, screen washer, lab padder, print table and print paste mixer. |
