Description：
The working table can be ordered being automatic calculation according to the customer’s requirement of the different production and the comforter pulling distance.
Comforter filling: The comforter case is fixed and pulled by automatic clamp and working automatically by the program set up before started by foot switch controlled, simple and convenience.
The down & feather is circulating stopped inside of a completely obturation equipment, so that there is no material blow out of the machine, the environment can be remained clean. It’s good for operator’s health and corporation visualize.
Reliable and stable, all key spare parts are import.
High automatic level and the whole machine is controlled by PLC system with English or Chinese menu operation. There are about 100programs and 80set of weight value programs can be set into the control system. Different requirement can be ordered.
High working capacity and average weighing time can be 4 to 6 seconds. The filling time can be adjusted as needs. Its saves labor cost and the whole set can be handled by only 2 or 3 operators.
Additional requirement can be ordered according to the customer’s different production.
