TBR-L, Twisting machines

The TBR-twisting system combines an up-twisting system with a down-twisting system. With this it is possible to up-twist a single thread, assemble two or three threads and down-twist them in the opposite direction in one working process.

With the TBR-system every kind of filament twists, like embroidery-sewing-fishnet threads as well as technical cords, can be produced in one working process.
This guarantees an equal length of each single yarn within the thread construction, resulting in the highest tensile strength.

The TBR/LA system is a double deck machine, to produce embroidery-sewing and fishnet threads up to a final count of approx. 1.500 dTex. The receiving package weight is 2 Kg.
