Used Bagley & Sewell/Beloit Paper Machine for coated paper, a 3759mm (4445mm wire width) trim paper machine producing predominately 216gsm coated paper, and operating at 400MPM and 15.2 tons per hour, 1922;

HEADBOX: Beloit Concept III.

FORMING SECTION: Fourdrinier web former with BelBond topformer (New in 1988).

PRESS SECTION: Beloit bi-vent press with 3rd and smoothing press.

MAIN DRYING SECTION: 34 dryer cans in 11 sections.

1ST COATING STATION: Rice Barton (Warren) impregnation coater, pigmenting 6.5gsm, side, with R-P filters.

1ST COATING DRYER SECTION: 6-row Krieger gas/infrared, double-hooded with 10 dryer cans in 3 groups.

2ND COATING STATION: Jagenberg two-stage separate bent blade coaters. 15gsm, side, with R-P filters.

2ND COATING DRYER SECTION: Felt side station - 6-row Krieger gas/infrared, wire side station - 6-row Krieger gas/infrared, 4 dryer cans with non-contact air turn lead-in.

FINISH STACK: Two-polished chrome rolls, single nip. REEL: Beloit model S two roll, shafted.

MACHINE DRIVE: GE DC drive system, DC motors, drive shaft with felt drives on pre-drying section. Single drives for wire, main drying section, press section, coaters, post dryers, and reel.
