Complete thermo- and spray bonding line for virtually every wadding product possible, with next ranging:
From 50 - 2500 gsm.
From 7 to 25 Kg/m3.
PES, PA and wool fibres.
Fibres from 3,3 to 28 denier, with lengths from 40 to 100 mm.
• Production capacity: 10 ton each 24 hours, that means 2500 tons year.

Process Machinery:
Fibre opening and blending from Masias (yoc: 2000), consisting of:
4 x CR-15 baleopeners, ww: 1500 mm, feedtable 2450 mm each with PS-15 electronic weighing scale.
1 x CA-90 collection conveyor belt of 0.9 x 12 meters
1 x Abrimix AX-110 opener/blender, ww: 1100 mm + V-35 fan
1 Cyclocap-12 separating cyclone for strange particles and metal scrap
1 x water spraying device for humidity control
Complete with electrical cabinet and general program for the full opening line.
