| 84'' , Two Drum Surface Slitter Rewinder 84" Jagenberg 2 Drum Slitter Rewinder with detached unwind. This machine was rebuilt from the frame up in 2001. A new Spectrum drive was added, all wiring throughout was replaced with new, air plumbing throughout was replaced with new, and all electric solenoids were replaced with new. The 86.5" bed rollers (one Racine coated) can rewind a 50" diameter roll at 2,500 meters per minute, with a minimum slit width of 2 inches. Roll diameter can be set by use of a selector switch and Dynapar programmable pre-set foot counter. The machine includes 20 air loaded male shear cut knives for use with the multi-shear slitter roll. A lift-out roll extension table makes unloading rolls easy. |
