| Silicon Oils with partly NSF/H1 – registration Silicon oils of TURMSILON K Series are liquid, crystal clear polydimethylsiloxanes for temperatures of up to + 250°C. They differ from organic compounds as regards its physical as well as its chemical properties. TURMSILON K Series contain various types which differ from its viscosity and its corresponding properties. Quality features: Low pourpoint, low pressure dependence of the viscosity, good viscosity/temperature behaviour, high resistance to heat and cold, high compressibility, low vapour pressure, high surface activity *K 5000/*K 6000 are approved by WRc. The TURMSILON K 6000 possesses the NSF/H1-registration, the continuation of the former USDA/ H1-approval of lubricants which are allowed for food contact. NSF/H1 – registration no. 127137 APPLICATIONS Suitable as lubricating oil and thermal oil for e.g. seaming machines in packaging machines, especially bottle seaming machines and also for the food and textile finishing industry. |
