124" (3.14M) trim Fourdrinier paper machine with Rotoformer. This machine has been installed in 2001 at a cost for upgrades of $28,000,000.00 USD. The entire Mecfab wet end is all stainless steel and new in 2001. Basis Weight Range: 18-240 #/3000sq. ft. (29-391 GSM). Rated 1100-1300 FPM. Production grade dependent between 105-230 TPD.

-3rd Press: Solid ceramic crepe bottom roll with a top roll doctored 500 PLI

Dryer Section:

- (41) 48" diameter x 134" face Beloit/GL &V Dryer Cans ASME Code Stamped for 75 PSI with rope grooves

Size Press:

-Latex /Coatings may be applied to the sheet at this size press

Overhead Dryer:

-Spooner Flotation gas fired dryer (2001). Location in between 2nd and 3rd Dryer Section.

Calender Stacks:
-Manchester 6 roll open frame wet calender stack with Swimming roll and Water boxes.
-Farrell 2-roll 800 PLI Finishing stack, Swimming bottom roll. 28"OD Tri-pass roll with 17"OD bottom roll.
-Calender stacks rebuilt in 2001.

Track Reel: Rebuild (2001)

-Beloit horizontal track reel. Primary and secondary Arms.
-Sandar Reel Turn up system.

Slitter-Rewinder Rebuilt (2001)

-Beloit Two-drum slitter-rewinder. Shaftless Rewind for 62" 0.D. Rolls. Tidland MSP Modular

This machine was designed to produce a wide range of papers from lightweight papers to board grades and specialty grades. The machine is available with or without the Rotoformer. Complete engineering documentation is available on site. Latex kitchen and starch tank farm and process control system. This mill is immediately available and has been closed due to corporate consolidation.

Price is without Rotoformer, Spooner Dryer and Latex coating system. These components are available
separately according to customer requirement
