Pillow & cushion automatic weighing & filling line

The system can realize fiber carding, accurate weighing and high speed filling.
High technology: Having the most advanced weighing system, the operator can set the fiber weight with the computerized panel, fully automatic and accurate. The handling weight: 150g-1500g.
More safety: The fiber carding machine has metal detector and overloading alarm system to avoid the machine being damaged.
Cost-saving: Place an additional bale opening machine, It only need one person to run the whole line.

As to the installment, our machines will be assembled when they are delivery except PILLOW & CUSHION AUTOMATIC WEIGHING & FILLING LINE. If customer buy PILLOW & CUSHION AUTOMATIC WEIGHING & FILLING LINE, we will send person to the customer's factory to install the machine. The customer pay all the transportation fee, accomodiation, and other fee. We only offer the technician. The other machine is sample and easy to handle. We sold our fiber carding & filling machine all over the world. It easy to handle and save to use.
