Gloucester 66″ Cooling Roll Stand

Cooling and polishing stand having three (3) nominal 20″ diameter chrome plated
rolls mounted in a vertical arrangement for down stack operation
at a 56″ center-line height.
Includes two additional chrome rolls for additional cooling.
Rolls are hydraulically actuated via 3 HP hydraulic pump.
Chrome rolls are driven by via silent chain and sprockets via a 3 HP A/C motor through
a four speed gear reducer.
Includes 66″ pull roll stand with 4 speed transmission
and 3 HP drive system. Includes idler conveyor built onto the frame.
Also includes a five-zone water temperature control system with heaters,
heat exchangers, pumps, and inline slitting provision.
Pulled from service due to plant closure 12/ 2022.
