High speed, stainless steel, sanitary design,
(6) cavity bulk product slicer.
Rated up to 120 strokes per minute with number of product –depending on materials and application.
Product size up to 5" in Diameter.
Slice thickness down to .125" slices and a wide range of produce
from delicate tomatoes to rigid onions without damage or cracking.
Equipped with 54" long x 30" wide product conveyor,
(6) 24" long x 3¼" ID pivot style bulk product holders
and feeders that can be loaded continuously while machine is
in operation. 30" slicing zone with 30" long disposable
Accuband cutting band blade running continously between
blade pullys and able to slice thru entire log
including the butt ends with hydraulic drive system.
Control panel has A/B PLC, E-stop,
start / stop and hyrdraulic pump control with slicer on / off switch
and conveyor speed control dial. Mounted on stainless steel frame
with casters, leveling legs and safety guarding.
Cantilevered design integrates seamlessly to your further
processing systems such as dehydrating or cooking
