The vacuum dryer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the current safety standards of the new Machinery Directive 2006/42 EC.

VACUUM DRYER
- Cylindrical vacuum dryer made of thick calendered and electro-welded sheet metal that can withstand a vacuum of 730 mmHg
- External rings to reinforce and thermally insulate the cylinder
- Internal stainless steel guides for sliding the load carriage
- Rear mechanical limit switch
- Device for connecting the heating plate supply plugs and the humidity and temperature sensors
- Solenoid valve for automatic regulation of air recirculation
- External cylinder insulation (INCLUDED)

VACUUM CIRCUIT
- The vacuum circuit consists mainly of the pump and the condenser.
Both devices ensure the vacuum and the separation of condensation water from the dry wood.
- From 5 to a maximum of 100 aluminum plates to allow progressive and controlled heating of the wood
- Connection of the panels to the power supply via a three-pole silicone cable with high thermal resistance
- Special plugs/sockets resistant up to 150°C

TROLLEY AND CARRIAGE
- The robust trolley is designed and manufactured to hold the wood to be dried and the heating plates.
- Support frame made of thick electro-welded metal profiles
- Galvanized steel wheels with special bearings for use in harsh conditions
- Sliding guides consisting of two sturdy rails that can be raised or sunk into the ground

CONTROL PANEL, TROLLEY AND CARRIAGE
- The control panel automatically controls all phases of the drying process.
- PLC model Siemens S7-1200 to control all peripheral devices of the machine and to automatically control the drying cycles
- 5.7″ touchscreen panel for a user-friendly machine interface and advanced graphics
- Direct reading of the Wika pressure transducer (4-20 mA) by the microcontroller in all vacuum and heating phases
- 3 probes for reading the moisture values of the material to be dried
- Remote maintenance system of the Isveconnect type, which works via Ethernet
or Access Point and allows remote management of drying programs, alarms and cycle history directly from the Isve server
