Kraft 12" x 15' sanitary stainless steel cooker, jacketed for steam,
With vacuum cover and 10 HP negative pressure fan,
Screw driven by a 5 HP Lewis Allis, 1800 RPM.
All internals are polished no 2B stainless steel, type 316,
Was last used as a cream cheese cooker.
Excellent condition.
