This used/secondhand patty former has lidded feed hopper
355mm Ø x 410mm deep with scraper assembly
to promote product to the forming die fitted.
Product is then formed in the die set fitted
and are then wire cut and deposited
on to the outfeed belt 150mm wide.
The former comes with two (2x) die sets - one (1x) 100mm
in diameter patty die plate and one (1x)120mm
in diameter patty die plate.
