The purpose of mashing is to dissolve soluble compounds of malt in water and enzymatically break down starch, proteins, and other compounds.
Vessel is equipped with a steam heating system, stirrer, and sensor. The mashing temperature is appropriately regulated. It is possible to carry out mashing using infusion and decoction methods.
