Ribbon mixer blender, mounted on a stainless steel mobile frame with 4x wheels.
Previously used in the Marzipan production as a pre-mixer,
before the product went into a Stephan Combicut RA/HC 600 machine.
Machine was delivered in a complete Stephan project in 1989.
Maximum volume of the batch: 1.000 liter.
Effective volume: ± 600 kg. Complete stainless steel.
Protection guard on top of the ribbon blender.
1 opening on the front and 1 on the back.
