The semi-automatic box former F105 is designed
for folding automatically the lower flaps of the boxes inserted
into the machine by an operator, allowing a time saving of 50%.
The box with the lower flaps folded remains in vertical position
for the filling operation.
Subsequently a pneumatic piston will push the box into the case sealer.
Machine dimensions: length 1400mm x width 1000mm x H 800mm about.

– Motorized belt conveyor connecting the F105 former and the case sealer.
Complete with adjustable arms for box guide.

– Case Sealer mod. SM11
The SM11 model is an automatic Case Sealer
with manual sizing with a carton folding unit with an automatic
four-flap closing device for the box.
It automatically applies two strips of tape to the top
and bottom center lines of the box.
The adjustment and use of the SM11 taping machine is intuitive,
simple and fast.
Installation is extremely quick and thanks to the wheels with brakes,
fixed on the four legs, you can easily move it around the workplace.
The box is transported through the taping system
by 2 drag straps motorized sides with high sealing:
this allows a perfect transport of the box controlled
through the taping head.
A system, placed on the upper part of the taping head frame,
automatically closes the 4 flaps of the box.
Average speed 900 boxes/hour.
Maximum speed 1200 boxes/hour.
Worktop reduction from 500 to 750mm.
