Vanmark Potato Peeling Line

Peeling line. Consists of an incline conveyor with a small hopper that feeds the Vanmark Peeler, after peeling there is an inspection conveyor that feeds into the Vanmark dip tank with bucket filling chute at the discharge end. There is also a tainless steel packing table.

The machinery is constructed from stainless. Last running in mid 2018. 8 Roll Vanmark Peeler, no mobilizer or auger. The machinery was running 4,000 pounds per 8 hours.

The infeed Conveyor needs a Frequency Drive for 1/2 HP motor and some conveyor belt pieces. The conveyor is a modular type conveyor belt that you can get new pieces for an install when necessary.

The Inspection Conveyor needs a variable frequency drive for a 1/2 HP motor and could use a new vinyl/ rubber belt. The Flume, Peeler (Brand New Drive Motor) and the Bagging Station are all operational.

The peeler rollers need to be re-gritted which is common and the bearing were in good condition plus the owner has extra bearings and timing belts.

This line has been moved into a Dry Van for Storage.
