Fully automatic slitter/rewinder including over head telfer system,
designed for TNT production (tension-nip-torque) throughout the whole process.

The unit consist of:
adjustable unloading table going into 2 feeding cylinders, ultra-welding unit, 14 slitting knives, minimum slitting width 62 mm.
Max ingoing width of roll 1600 mm - min ingoing width 300 mm.
3 and 6 inch cores, max dia 1600 mm and 500 kgs weight.
Speed at least 600 m/min.
The machine runs the fabric until a fault is recognized, cuts of the defect fabric, welds the good fabric together and continues to run.
Start and stop-function on preset length or diameter.
Automatic cutting-off and new core is inserted automatically.
