Q: What kind of product your line can handle exactly: Piovan/Meccaniche Moderne/Dilo/Sicam double beam spunbond line, yoc: 2007, ww: 4.6 m, up to 1 000 kg/h
A: Line makes waterproofing membrane reinforcements (with latex), geotextiles, and it can also make some types of carpet backing.
The grammage range for the waterproofing membrane reinforcements is 120-250 gsm. For geotextiles, it is 100-300 gsm.
A glass mesh between the two beams can be inserted so that the product can be glass/polyester.
Some work is required to improve the line:
Replacement of the automatic melt filter at the extruder with a better one.
Change of the distributors.
Raising the extruder to be at the same or higher level than the spinning beam height (with a steel platform).
