DESCRIPTION
The 16550A 100MHz State and Timing Analysis Module provides a conventional timing-analysis rate of 250/500MHz, a transitional timing-analysis rate of 125/250MHz and a glitch timing-analysis rate of 125MHz. It has 102 channels per card and 204 channels per timebase.
