Thermo Scientific ST40 w/ TX-750

The ST40 Centrifuge can be used to separate materials of different density or particle size in a liquid by generation of Relative Centrifugal Force such as human samples
(blood, urine, and other body fluids) alone or with additives, other chemicals, and environmental samples.
It has a maintenance-free induction motor that runs quietly with low-vibration operations at high speeds.
The set speed can be reached in seconds.
It can run at a speed of 300 rpm to 15,200 rpm (depending on rotor) with an unlimited runtime.
The maximum RCF value is 25,314 x g.
There is a user-friendly control panel to pre-set the speed, RCF value, runtime, temperature and a running profile.
Various safety features include a lid with a view port and lock that only open when on and the rotor has reached a full stop,
an electronic imbalance recognition, and an integrated rotor detection system ensuring no inadmissible speed settings are preselected.
This rotor reaches speeds to 4,700 rpm.
