This line consisting of:

1/ The machine for continuous scalding of almonds, fruit pits and small fruits and similar products.
The Stainless steel construction, features a feed hopper and a conveyor chute through which the products pass the hot water can be transported.
The sloping conveyor chute allows the feeding of a subsequent one peeling machine.
The heating takes place with superheated steam, which is blown directly into the brewing water.

2/ The machine for peeling,
i.e. removing the thin brown skins from the scalded almonds.
The detached Shells are separated from the cores
by an air stream after each pair of rollers.
