Machine is in great near new working condition, still making production in Polyester, Nylon and Nylon 66.
Split type designed machine - Total 288 spindles – Each side 144 spindles
Product range - 40 to 600 denier products - 1 ply, 2 ply, Intermingled, Non Intermingled
Either side can run independently to produce two different products at any given time.
Machine comes equipped with online tension monitor system.

Machine is designed for use in any worldwide electrical system as every motor is inverter driven to overcome the local country base electrical frequency (50Hz or 60 Hz).
Machine is highly energy efficient compared to Barmag / TMT and consumes lot less energy for the same production.
Machine has many other user friendly and low maintenance features like closed type long 2 meter heater assures no yarn heater jumping issues. Also unlike sledge/push rod (Barmag) type string up for primary heater, string up is via simple suction mechanism – zero/low maintenance. Uses suction blower for string up – No compressed air requirement for string up or doffing.
Listing includes all the major essential spare parts that are specific to this machine. We have procured big ticket spares like one complete primary heater, one secondary heater and various other parts.
