• Rounding unit AR80 for automatic edge corners rounding – Nr. 2 electospindles ROTAX series that move on Cartesian axes - Axes movement by brushless motors - Double revolver magazine with nr. 8 positions for automatic management and tool change - Motors power 0,65 kW 12.000 rpm each
• Edge scraping unit RB40 - Positioning by NC - Complete of chips aspiration and chips collector - Automatic exclusion from NC

• Overlapped oscillating brushing unit SZ30 with nr. 2 motors for cleaning and polishing the rounded edge - Automatic exclusion by NC

• Milling unit FP40 to perform profiles, hollows and grooves on the edge and on the top/bottom surface of the panels - The unit is composed by a tilting motor in 2 positions 0° and 90°, thanks to a pneumatic drive, controlled by NC - Tool rotation according to the direction of the panel - Y and Z motorized adjustment and controlled by NC - Motor power 7,5 kW 12.000 rpm
