The Super bunroll line is suitable for the production of Kaiserbuns.
Functional sequence bunroll line type Super B:
The pieces of dough are inserted from the spreading belt of the
Multimatic into the hanging strips of the proofer.
After about 10 minutes,
the pieces of dough are formed with a mold punch and deposited.
